What photos should I send for a color match?
Three photos in daylight near a window, with no filter: the back of your hair, the ends held flat against white paper, and your face with your hair down.
When should I choose a blended shade?
If your hair has highlights, balayage or grown-out color, one flat shade can look like a line. Blended shades such as P4/27 or P18/613 mix two tones in each piece so they disappear into dimensional hair.
Can extensions be toned or colored?
Human hair can be toned darker by a professional. Lightening extensions is not recommended because it weakens the hair, so start from the lightest shade you need.
